★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio al cliente es pésimo, nadie te ayuda, pregunté por lo que fui a buscar y no, no supieron decirme. Al pagar no se ve a quien le das el dinero o tarjeta y yo quería antes de pagar ver la lista de mercancía porque una vez pagas, no hay cambio ni reclamo, pero NO despotamente te dice la persona atrás del vidrio de espejo que pagues primero ya que ahí no se hace eso. Al recibir la mercancia lo checas, así uno no puede cambiar de opinión y quitar algo de la lista. Es frustrante. No volveré, muy mala experiencia.
The customer service is terrible, nobody helps you, I asked what I was looking for and no, they couldn't tell me. When paying, you do not see who you give the money or card to and I wanted to see the list of merchandise before paying because once you pay, there is no change or claim, but the person behind the mirror glass does NOT tell you to pay first. since that is not done there. When you receive the merchandise, you check it out, so you can't change your mind and remove something from the list. It's frustrating. I will not return, very bad experience.

Sin embargo, el personal es poco amable, tardan en atenderte, y no te tienen la suficiente paciencia para enseñarte los diferentes colores y/o modelos.
