El motivo es que tienen un correo en su página en donde ponerse en contacto con ellos para preguntar por sus productos y en que sucursal los tienen, no se recibe respuesta. Entonces para que ponen el correo, así pierden venta. Esto es para todas las empresas que tienen en sus páginas un correo para contactarlos y nunca responden

De aqui se ve el cambio en zona de naves industriales, la cuadra completa puede ser de una sola empreza y ver la diversidad de industria de una cuadra a otra.
