★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El temazcal se realiza de una manera muy artesanal, tradicional, natural. Todos los ingredientes se toman de la madre tierra y ahí se quedan. Mi experiencia fue muy grata, el chamán, Beto, nos asistió y nos explicó en qué consistía cada cosa y para lo que servía. Liberé emociones reprimidas, estrés, ansiedad. Sentí mi cuerpo muy relajado y conectado. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
The temazcal is made in a very artisan, traditional, natural way. All the ingredients are taken from mother earth and there they stay. My experience was very pleasant, the shaman, Beto, assisted us and explained what each thing consisted of and what it was for. I released repressed emotions, stress, anxiety. My body felt very relaxed and connected. I highly recommend it.
