★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Del asco!!!!, NUNCA NUNCA usen ese servicio, evítenlo en la medida de lo posible, llevo un mes y no tienen idea de dónde está mi paquete, su única respuesta para todo es: siga esperando.
Y cada operador dice una cosa diferente, sólo se cubren entre ellos.
De verdad si no quieren trabajar, mejor díganle a la gente que vayan por los paquetes hasta la la COM NACIONAL
 Disgust!!!!, NEVER EVER use that service, avoid it as much as possible, I've been here for a month and they have no idea where my package is, their only answer to everything is: keep waiting.
And each operator says a different thing, they just cover each other.
Really, if you don't want to work, better tell the people to go for the packages to the COM NACIONAL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El teléfono no sirve y según ellos van dos veces que intentan entregar mi paquete y no lo han recibido, cuando llevo toda la semana esperándolos todo el día y nada. No hay forma de comunicarse con ellos. PÉSIMO SERVICIO!!!!!
The phone doesn't work and according to them they try to deliver my package twice and they haven't received it, when I've been waiting all day for them all day and nothing. There is no way to communicate with them. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Continuó en espera de mi paquete que ya tiene más de 1 mes sin ser entregado. Me han dicho desde hace 2 semanas que está en un centro de distribución patanco y de ahi no se mueve, que pasa? Les dejé mi número telefónico por mensaje ya que al llamar a su número de atencion al cliente, nunca contestan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención de su personal, si un paquete con número de guía está allí puedes ir por él, si es registrado nacional u ordinario debes esperar a que te lleguen, yo en lo personal cada que voy les dejo propina, su servicio lo vale, y el lugar es bastante grande, se pide acceso con INE, si no lo llevan no vayan o se darán la vuelta en vano
Excellent attention from their staff, if a package with a guide number is there you can go get it, if it is registered nationally or ordinary you must wait for it to arrive, I personally leave them a tip every time I go, their service is worth it, and the place is quite big, access is requested with INE, if they don't take it don't go or they will turn around in vain
