★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, la atención de las secretarias buena, pero no rige ningún reglamento para hacer trámites, se rigen a sentimiento, pide uno requisitos para cumplir y x respuesta del Encargado de la oficina, dice que cada caso se analiza x separado, solo quiero tramitar carta de no adeudos, exigen escrituras de anteriores dueños, estamos dispuestos a subsanar errores del pasado, pero piden documentos que no conciernen al dueño actual, muy mal servicio, Para entregar la carta, 2 días hábiles, toda una semana dando vueltas de Tampico a Altamira, deben hacer un reglamento y publicarlo, te dan un papelito con los requisitos, pero a sentimiento te piden al presentar los requisitos de su papelito,, escrituras de dueños anteriores, no son hechos propios del actual dueño, ¿cómo podría un dueño actual tener compra ventas de dueños anteriores y prediales y manifiesto, de dueños anteriores del predio? se extra limitan en sus funciones, antes no era así de difícil hacer un trámite.
