Modo de operación:
Tenia los papeles en orden (Carta de libre gravamen), pero me solicitaban una actualizada, hacen que les deposites a la su cuenta personal y ellos hacen la gestión ) , pero cuando te entregan el documento es falso, esto hace que en la financiera deniegue tu papelería, y con esto ellos hacen que pierdas 5 mensualidades (esta en el contrato) fuerzan a que canceles por que la papelería que ellos hacen es falsa.
 Be very careful, the sellers Eliud Olivos and Martha Fernandez are fraud.
Operation mode:
I had the papers in order (Free encumbrance letter), but they asked me for an updated one, they make you deposit their personal account and they do the management), but when they give you the document it is false, this makes the financial company deny your stationery, and with this they make you lose 5 monthly payments (it is in the contract) they force you to cancel because the stationery they make is false.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ REVIEW FROM 2019: Good service although the workshop's service ladies that were taking care of my vehicle changed 3 times, then it was confusing to figure it out things like the service order, invoices, and who was going to deliver the vehicle. At the end everything worked fine and the vehicle is like brand new. UPDATE 2021: I keep taking my car here for service, and I am very satisfied. As they know me now, the service is always very good. Aarón Ramírez always takes care of my vehicle, then service orders and invoices never have problems. He is super good.
