★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, estuve 4 semanas haciendo lo mismo, el instructor solo me asignaba ejercicios de calentamiento y condición y a la Hora de entrenar Muay Thai siempre me ponía los mismos ejercicios y se iba a cotorrear con sus compadres, cada 30 min iba a medio corregirme. Una pérdida de tiempo
Horrible, I spent 4 weeks doing the same thing, the instructor only assigned me warm-up and conditioning exercises and at the time of training Muay Thai he always put the same exercises on me and he was going to chat with his friends, every 30 min he would half correct me. A waste of time
