El higiene es bueno, más no excelente.
De vista es sencillo (como cualquier fonda de esquina, es lo que es, hace lo que hace y se ve para lo que se tiene que ver), sin esperar un restaurante de lujo, pero demasiada sencillez, es mala, si se buscará atraer un consumidor un poco más exigente y con ello generar un poco más de ganancia y sobretodo un poco más de público.
Es decir y en resumen, esperar algo extremadamente barato y sencillo, sin arriesgar de más ni tener un poco, aunque sea un poquito más de riesgo en un proyecto da como resultado algo como esto: sencillez y nada más.
The concept is excellent, but the way to apply that concept is ... Bad, Bad, Bad.
Hygiene is good, but not excellent.
On the face of it, it is simple (like any corner restaurant, it is what it is, it does what it does and it looks for what it has to do), without expecting a luxury restaurant, but too simple, it is bad, if it seeks to attract a consumer a little more demanding and thus generate a little more profit and above all a little more audience.
In other words, and in summary, expecting something extremely cheap and simple, without risking too much or having a little, even a little more risk in a project, results in something like this: simplicity and nothing else.
