★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bumped into this place a couple of weeks ago and had a pleasant experience. Talked a little to the chief who was in view.
The bacon cheese burger was very good but you can only go so far with a burger, and as it was a pleasant setting decided to come again with wife.
Very pleased on return to have stand out food. As is the delightful case in many a Mexican restaurant they will switch out fries or potatoes for salad. Being low carb is our protocol and litmus. This they did and the salad was sophisticatedly delicious. Will try salad entries next time. Went for cositillas and a aquachile. Asked if we wanted the ribs smoked or not and spice level of aquachile. The regular 4 ketchup squirt bottle salsas were excellent with a blackish one being very unique and unsweetened. But it was with the distinct sauces for the ribs and aquachiles that I realized this quy really knows what he’s doing. Great flavor with the ribs to begin with. They weren’t the big fatty type ribs but had tremendous flavor. An Aquachile is a beautiful food item and this one held up to many of the fine ones that can be found in Versailles. The servings where all ample and attractive with distinctive pottery. I’m a potter so that gets points.
The Margaritas where elegant.
Talked again with chief who was engaging. I actually ordered through him which is kinda of fun.
An attractive Mexican couple from Versailles offered us an additional Margarita. A little confused. But claro que si. It was one of their favorite places as they could bring their small dog. It will be one of the first places I take friends when I want to show them the upscale but moderately priced food to be found in Versailles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The server could have been more attentive, especially since I was the only guest in the restaurant. The Galician Octopus, however is the best I've had since being in Ourense, Galicia, Spain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my second time going as I like to give places a second chance.... Wasn't any better. While I like the atmosphere and what they are trying to do they just can't execute. My wife ordered the double long Island because it was the promo but the mesero said "i decided to bring a single because it's very strong for a woman" ... What? The pizza was terrible and I mean like 7/11 terrible yet it cost more than most gourmet restaurants in Vallarta. The service was also pretty terrible as I had to flag the mesera 4-5 times to get service. The drink was good and the atmosphere is good but I would only ever go back for drinks not food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst service we have experienced in PV! This has been our neighborhood for 6 months and we will not return. To many fabulous places with excellent service to spend $$$ in a restaurant where it doesn’t exist. We had pizza and it was marginal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is poor! The food quality and preparation is amazing. Dishes are unique and very well balanced in flavor. Prices are very well matched to the product. A Plat-du-Jour is offered for $125 pesos which is a super deal. Staff promote Live music that offered on Sundays for breakfast starting at 11a.m. I arrived at 11:30 and there was no music. Restaurant was barely opening up. I left at Noon and still there qas no music. No beer on draft is offered either. Shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exquisite honestly. The mixologist is a master in his art. It’s the best pizza I have tried in Mexico and compares to NY and Philly best thin slice pizza I have had. The music is also excellent. Friendly server and all staff go out of their way to be of service. This place is extremely underrated, let’s support!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is COOL. Very laid back atmosphere with friendly staff and great food. We had the Hawaiian and Argentine Sausage Pizzas with the one substitution of Sarano ham instead of turkey ham. They were both absolutely excellent. We will be back! ?
