★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio post venta y de entrega. Compré piso con ellos y no lo entregaron a tiempo, retrasando la colocación planificada con mis trabajadores.
 Terrible after sales and delivery service. I bought a flat with them and they did not deliver it on time, delaying the planned placement with my workers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor atención de parte de gerentes y sub-gerentes. Te venden material que no tienen y ya que pagas te avisan que te lo cambian,. tardan mucho en entregar, y después de dos meses tuve que ir a recoger el dinero de su error, porque sus políticas así lo solicitan y el cliente no les importa en lo más mínimo. Realmente busquen otra opción.
The worst attention from managers and assistant managers. They sell you material that they do not have and since you pay they tell you that they will change it. They take a long time to deliver, and after two months I had to go and collect the money for their mistake, because their policies require it and the customer does not care in the least. Really look for another option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No compren aquí me tardaron más de dos semanas en entregar mi material, mosaicos, losetas, y baño y me lo dieron en partes... Solo les importa vender no respétan fechas de entrega y solo atrasan tus procesos...
Do not buy here it took me more than two weeks to deliver my material, mosaics, tiles, and bathroom and they gave it to me in parts ... They only care to sell they do not respect delivery dates and they only delay your processes ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy muy atentos durante la elección y compra, pero no cumplen con sus tiempos de entrega, llevo mas de 7 días de espera y el vendedor Ruben Cano hasta se molesta cuando le llamo para saber la fecha de entrega de mi piso. La verdad no vale la pena ahorrarse unos pesos por el tiempo que van a perder y la molestia que les va a generar.
