★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Servicio es pésimo, no aceptan cambios, no aceptan devoluciones, no aceptan notas de crédito, entregan los pedidos incompletos, no surten en tiempo y forma.
Solicitamos en varios ocasiones hablar con el Gerente y jamas dio la cara, únicamente el vendedor Rojelio Solis nos atendió amablemente pero tampoco resolvió nada.
Evítense problemas y busquen otra empresa para comprar su madera.
The Service is appalling, they do not accept changes, they do not accept returns, they do not accept credit notes, they deliver incomplete orders, they do not supply in a timely manner.
We repeatedly asked to speak with the Manager and he never showed his face, only the seller Rojelio Solis kindly attended us but did not solve anything either.
