★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llame a servicio y me confirmaron que si me podían atender ya que mi carro marca alerta de cambio de aceite además me llega correo que dice solo tiene 2% de vida el aceite y al llegar al lugar no me atienden porque dice que el servicio se lleva 6 hr y no tienen tiempo, pesima comunicacion interna y servicio al cliente, ya que me hicieron perder mi tiempo para nada.
 I called the service and they confirmed that if they could assist me since my car marks an oil change alert, I also receive mail that says the oil only has 2% life and when I arrive at the place they do not attend to me because it says that the service takes 6 hr and they have no time, terrible internal communication and customer service, since they made me waste my time for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atencion. Podria mejorar la rapidez. Deben utilizar los turnos, porque los tienen descontinuados (en pantalla tienen el 35 y en tickets el 45).
