Festafina: Terrible service and worst experience. Last weekend I hired Jorge Verea Gandoulf (He assisted me) and his company @Festafina I rented the furniture for an event that would initially take place in Valle Real and, due to bad weather, had to move to the south of the city ​​(Lomas de San Agustín). When I informed Jorge Verea, he told me that the administrator of Festafina would attend to me: Eugenio Rodríguez Rodríguez. I sent them both location, address and sketch of the place. Eugenio told me -after 8 missed calls and 12 messages- that due to the change in location, we would have to be the last delivery of the day, but not to worry, since without a doubt they would arrive no later than 6:30 pm, and he gave me the contact details of the delivery driver, who never answered the phone. As of 6:30, both the driver, Eugenio Rodríguez and Jorge Verea were untraceable. After several calls, they decided to turn off the phones so as not to be disturbed. The furniture never arrived, which at the request of Jorge Verea, he had paid in advance. The following Monday (2 days after the event), I contacted Verea, to demand the return of the money, and he told me that he would review the issue at the council meeting that he would hold the same day, Monday, and that he would have an answer between 6 and 7 pm. He did not answer calls or messages until Wednesday, when he told me that the company would not be responsible for anything, and they would not return my money. Eugenio Rodríguez, for his part, acknowledged by phone that that day he had forgotten his phones and that was why he had not been able to coordinate the service correctly with the driver. However, Jorge Verea insisted that the responsibility was 100% attributable to the client. If you have considered hiring Festafina, I recommend you look for other more professional and responsible options.
