Esperé casi 30 minutos a que un empleado decidiera atenderme, todos se echaban la bolita y al final todos responden que están ocupados (la respuesta de la gente es que le dan prioridad a los pedidos por teléfono). El lugar es un desorden.
The service is terrible. They urgently need a customer service course. I waited almost 30 minutes for an employee to decide to attend me, they all threw the ball and in the end they all answered that they were busy (the answer of the people is that they give priority to orders by phone). The place is a mess.
