★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal que enviaron para atender mi solicitud de falla del equipo, no está capacitado no tiene experiencia en realizar mantenimiento, les fue muy difícil encontrar la falla (y no la enconraron)
No salen de las palabras "carga térmica" y no lo entienden pero suenan como buenos técnicos al decirlas.
No son limpios al realizar el servicio. Mancharon una pared blanca, ensuciaron el baño donde realizaron la limpieza de los filtros, son desordenados y no revisan a detalle.
Pésima atención por parte de la señorita que levanta las solicitudes mediante línea telefónica, queda en llamar nunca regresa la llamada, se le pide que se comunique para concertar la cita para que asista el técnico, dice que si y llama a 20 minutos de que asista el técnico, ponen excusas por las cuales no pudieron encontrarte al teléfono, pero para #cobrar media empresa te llama para localizarte.
Cero recomendable, es de suerte y nada profesional que te instalen un #evaporador y te funcione bien.
El tema ahorita ya no es que regresen el dinero si no el tiempo que se ha perdido esperando una solución. Las inconformidades se les hicieron saber de una u otra manera, pero si así lo requieren envieremos la información al correo.

They are not clean when performing the service. They stained a white wall, they dirty the bathroom where they cleaned the filters, they are messy and they don't check in detail.
Terrible attention on the part of the lady who raises the requests by telephone, she remains to call she never returns the call, she is asked to communicate to make an appointment for the technician to attend, she says yes and calls 20 minutes after she attends the technician, they make excuses why they could not find you on the phone, but to #collect half the company calls you to locate you.
Zero recommended, it is lucky and unprofessional that they install an #evaporator and it works well for you.
The issue right now is not that they return the money but the time that has been lost waiting for a solution. Disagreements were made known to them in one way or another, but if they require it, we will send the information to the mail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al principio tuvieron buena respuesta para la cotizacion, se realizo el deposito del 80% del presupuesto y posteriormente hubo un silencio de 4 a 5 dias hasta que nos comunicamos para saber que procedia para lo que mandaron un tecnico mal capacitado a realizar la instalacion, es mismo tecnico hizo un levantamiento de mas material para la realizacion por lo que se retiro sin realizar nada. Posteriormente solicitaron el deposito de otro anticipo (por el material extra) se realizo y de nuevo se perdio la comunicacion hasta que exigimos el servicio urgente puesto que ya habian pasado 2 semanas. Luego realizaron instalacion del aire acondicionado y tuvieron que abrir algunos plafones y tablarocas por lo que solicitamos que lo repararan a lo que respondieron que ese no era su trabajo, pero que recomendarian a un reparador. Al final el reparador que acudio hizo un pesimo trabajo. En fin, muy mala experiencia con esta empresa. Muy poco profesional, muy buenos para cobrar y muy malos para trabajar. No recomendables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primer punto negativo, es que nunca me enviaron la cotización de la reparación de aire acondicionado portátil, el técnico cobro $250 por decir que era el compresor y que valorara comprar un aire nuevo, lo que llevo al segundo punto y mas grave aun, ante la informalidad e incumplimiento de esta empresa busque otra opción y vaya sorpresa no fue el compresor solo faltaba mantenimiento general y por un costo de $600 repararon mi aire, así que no confíen en esta empresa fraudulenta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo el servicio, los técnicos que asistieron a reparar el aire evidencian la poca experiencia que tienen sobre las partes técnicas y el funcionamiento del sistema de enfriamiento.
Cobran $900 por limpiar filtros y sacudir el polvo del equipo y ensuciar todo lo que tocan, no llevan las herramientas suficientes para hacer el mantenimiento.
No vale lo que se paga.
I do not recommend the service, the technicians who attended to repair the air show the little experience they have on the technical parts and the operation of the cooling system.
They charge $900 to clean filters and dust the equipment and dirty everything they touch, they don't carry enough tools to do the maintenance.

Comentan que las instalaciones y procedimientos los hacen conforme al manual, pero el procedimiento es nefasto y una vez que realizan sus actividades, no certifican su trabajo.
