★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pesimo servicio por parte del Sr. Fidel del area de refacciones, es incumplido, no responde y le da igual si le compran o no . es molesto encargar refacciones y piezas que urgen para nuestros camiones, y se le olvida pedirlas, y cuando llegan no revisa si vienen completas y aun asi, nos hace ir y perder tiempo, por que no llegan completas las piezas. hemos sido clientes por casi 3 años.. y siempre es la misma situacion.
Lousy service by Mr. Fidel from the spare parts area, he is unfulfilled, does not respond and does not care if they buy from him or not. It is annoying to order urgent spare parts for our trucks, and they forget to ask for them, and when they arrive they do not check if they are complete and even so, it makes us go and waste time, because the parts do not arrive complete. We have been customers for almost 3 years... and it is always the same situation.
