★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La srita q toma la llamada me estuvo colgando parano darme informacion, tuve q llamar de otra línea pero no me pasó informes, cuando le pregunte si facturaban me dijo que no no hacían eso (con un tono de burla). Ojalá que él o los dueños puedan considerar otro tipo de empleados ya que ésta no tiene la capacidad para el trato al cliente...eso si, a falta de atencion por telefono, no me arriesgo a una empresa que carece de facturación.
The lady who takes the call was hanging up on me not to give me information, I had to call from another line but she did not give me reports, when I asked her if they were billing she told me that they did not do that (with a mocking tone). Hopefully he or the owners can consider other types of employees since they do not have the capacity to deal with the client ... that if, in the absence of attention by phone, I do not risk a company that lacks billing.
