★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible la actitud del personal, el día de hoy fui a comprar la tela de un color y el vendedor se hizo el desentendido y me dio un color que no pedí, ah pero primero me cobraron y luego se quedaron con la nota de venta, cuando me di cuenta de que no era el color que pedí, el vigilante se burló de lo que le dije y como sabía que no tenía el ticket me dijo que no hacían cambios, todo el tiempo con una actitud muy burlona y el vendedor cuando le dije que el era el que me había atendido se hizo menso y dijo que no, en pocas palabras estafan a la gente, si pueden nunca compren aquí.

En mi ultima compra, reporte al empleado que me atendió mal, al revisar mis materiales al día siguiente, me di cuenta que no me los dio completos. Definitivamente no comprare mas en este lugar. Una cuadra adelante, en dirección a Pino Suarez, se encuentra otra comercializadora con mas variedad de materiales, precios accesibles y con un trato amable y respetuoso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efectivamente, yo ya no compro ahi desde hace tiempo, por que medi cuenta que los escuincles que venden te critican y se burlan de ti, eso era asi cada vez que iba a comprar, a parte una vez la señora que esta en donde despachan los cierres estaba regañando a un chavo por que no pidio un cierre al vendedor, todos los que atienden ahi desde las chavas del mostrador de la entrada y todos los vendedores, no tratan bien a los clientes, te atienden como si tuvieran mucha prisa, o no se a lo mejor les caes mal y no quieren qtenderte, Ahora compro en "la fortuna" y el dueño hasta bromea contigo, platica, te saluda con una sonrisa, (solo le falta darte cafe) y es muy ameno comprar ahi...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, acabo de salir de ahí, llegue a la 1:55 pm a pedir varios metros de cierres y a la hora de hacerme la nota el chico demoro mucho luego esa lista se la paso a una chica que tardo horrores en capturar metro por metro cada color de cierre, después tenían que revisar metro por metro y al final a la salida te checan tu nota de nuevo, sali a las 2:40 de ahí, una pesima atención además de que yo tenia prisa y viendo eso se tardaron más. NO COMPREN AHÍ A MENOS QUE DISPONGAN DE HORAS para salir de ahí. Muy mala atención y actitud del personal.
