★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia,la atención nefasta,personal no capacitado en lo que venden,no dan solución ? ? No recomendable ya que los artículos que venden ahí salen con falla y no hacen cambios ,uno que quiere apoyar el comercio local y que salgan con estas cosas.
Deberíamos apoyarnos los unos a los otros para sacar adelanta le economía del pais y nos orillas a comprar en tiendas transaccional donde cuesta más,y te dan garantía y servicio pos venta lamentable situación no lo recomiendo para nada.

Mal lugar para comprar, no dan garantía en ninguno de sus productos, haciendo dudar la procedencia de los mismos, ya que se supone que tienen proveedor y este es el que da garantía, si algo sale mal pero no, solo dan vueltas te engañan que lo revisara según su técnico y siguen con el producto en la tienda y al final dicen que le pagan a alguien que abra el producto para revisarlo, por hacerte el cambio te piden más dinero, a mi me pedían 400 pesos por cambiar un producto en mal estado, cuando ellos venden mal los productos, la chica de chamarra verde es la que supuestamente sus jefes le dijeron que pidiera dinero por el cambio, supuestamente la jefa me dijo que lo checaria inmediatamente y me darían una solución en un par de días y no fue así. sus notas no tienen ni razón social, no las llenan correctamente. Muy mala experiencia al comprar aquí. Gaste más en realizar conexiones nuevas, estéreo nuevo, descartando fallas, porque se supone que el amplificador está nuevo y resultó ser el dañado, tengo años dedicándome a la instalación de audio y salen con que lo más seguro fue una mala instalación.
Y en efecto si compras algo es porque lo necesitas no para tenerlo guardado
Evítense un mal rato y busquen más opciones de lugares donde si den garantía y les resuelvan al momento.
