★ ★ ★ ★ ★ octubre de 2020, hablè para preguntar por una pintura, y la srita que atiende por telèfono y cobra, bastante pesada....No son los ùnicos que venden pintura.....vayan a otra sucursal donde los atiendan bien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, argumentando que por políticas de la empresa ya no pueden llevar el producto al domicilio de la empresa y pagar el mismo en el domicilio, cuando ya se había acostumbrado a los client s frecuentes a realizar estas operaciones. Como dinámica empresarial no pued s acostumbrar a los clientes a ciertos estándares o plus en sus servicios para después bajarlos, además de que subieron de precio sus productos. Se preguntaran y por que no pagarlo al momento, la respuesta es porque no llevqba el efectivo y esto me hace regresar a pagar el producto por que pedir a domicilio el producto y pagarlo cuando llegue tambien quitaron esa mecánica, muy mal. En vez de mejorar ese sistema optaron por quitarlo.

La atención es amable y cordial, aclarando cualquier duda a los clientes; pero vale destacar que hay un empleado que en mi humilde opinión, rebasa ese sentido y vocación de servicio, ya que se toma la molestia de describir de manera muy comprensible, los diferentes productos y su forma correcta de aplicación, llegando incluso a imprimir tales explicaciones que no se queda uno con las ganas de solo informarse, sino que le anima a realizar una misma el trabajo, por lo que termina comprando
