★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal de este establecimiento Es de lo más nefasto del mundo, son excesivamente groceros y parece que los capacitaron para hacer mal su trabajo y para hacerle grocerias a los clientes. Personalmente jamás me vuelvo a parar en dicho lugar, prefiero ir más lejos que lidiar con estas personas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tenían pintura de cuarto de litro. Muy prepotente el despachador. No tenían variedad de pintura automotiva. Mal servicio. Tienen hora de comida nunca había visto una comex que no atendiera d e 3 a 3 : 45 por esta razón. Tuve que esperar a que llegara el dependiente
They did not have quarter liter paint. Very pushy dispatcher. They did not have a variety of automotive paint. Bad service. They have lunchtime. I have never seen a comex that did not attend from 3 to 3:45 for this reason. I had to wait for the clerk to arrive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy fui con mi hijo de 8 años ya que no tengo con quien dejarlo, comprendo que el tipo que atendía hoy el mostrador acata al 100 por ciento los protocolos, sin embargo no tiene sentido común y tampoco da opciones para atender. Cuando me dijo que no podía entrar el niño, dije ----ok-, que me espere a fuera, pero puedo tener la puerta abierta? me dijo tajantemente y en un tono brabucón y altanero que -No- Ni hablar me fui a la tienda Comex de San Pedro Mártir, me atendieron siguiendo protocolos, rápido y bien. Desconozco si es el dueño, pero asumo que no, los dueños de los negocios suelen ser atentos ó inteligentes para no perder una venta, a este chico le dio lo mismo, incluso creo que le dio gusto. Adicional leo que no fue solo percepción efectivamente hay mas comentarios de que atienden mal. Que cierren si no quieren atender, nefastos. Jamás me vuelvo a parar en ese local. TACHE, TACHE.- Para cada opinión negativa, encentran una justificación, podrían de vez en cuando ofrece una disculpa. Impactan mayormente los comendatarios negativo que los positivos.

He told me bluntly and in a bravado and haughty tone that -No- No way, I went to the Comex store in San Pedro Mártir, they treated me following protocols, quickly and well. I do not know if he is the owner, but I assume not, business owners are usually attentive or intelligent not to lose a sale, this boy did not care, I even think he liked it. Additional I read that it was not just perception, there are indeed more comments that they serve poorly. That they close if they do not want to attend, nefarious. I never stop at that place again. TACHE, TACHE.- For each negative opinion, they find a justification, they could from time to time offer an apology. Negative comments have a greater impact than positive ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal prepotente, atención a cliente pesima. Peor aun, no permiten ingresar con menores de edad, aun siguiendo todas las medidas de seguridad ante covid. Para ser exactos, no existe una ley en México que prohíba o satanice a los menores de edad ante covid.
Según COMEX estoy confundido por los protocolos de sanidad. Ese no fue el punto, el reclamo fue que no acepten bebes, niños, etc. en las sucursales, cuando ni la OMS, OPS y/o secretaria de salud mencionen que dichas edades sean de preocupación para la transmisión del covid. No existe fundamento científico para restringir a menores de edad en sucursales. En fin, pierden clientes.
Pushy staff, lousy customer service. Worse still, they do not allow minors to enter, even following all the security measures against covid. To be exact, there is no law in Mexico that prohibits or demonizes minors against covid.
According to COMEX I am confused by the health protocols. That was not the point, the claim was that they do not accept babies, children, etc. in the branches, when neither the WHO, PAHO and / or the secretary of health mention that these ages are of concern for the transmission of covid. There is no scientific basis for restricting minors in branches. In short, they lose customers.
