El trato siempre es muy déspota y ahora, para colmo, si no pagas antes no te preparan el producto.
27 años siéndole fiel a la marca, pero la verdad es que ha bajado mucho la calidad y subido mucho el precio y con personal con poco tacto para atender, peor. Entiendo que son franquicias, pero como comerciantes, se debe tener ese sentido común de la atención al cliente.
Una cosa más, no cumplen con los protocolos del uso de cubrebocas..
