Worst hotel I've ever stayed. One one person who at the recepción desk and had to take care of everything, so he was never around. No light in the elevador, no security at all. Anyone can walk in and access the rooms. I spent more than 10 minutes trying to find somebody at reception. It was empty of staff. No toilet paper in the bathroom . Lousy towels. Dirty Windows. No coffee. Don't go there

Positive: Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Negative: There was no free shuttle service as advertised when I booked the room - very disappointing as it cost me $49 CDN for taxi. There were no vending machines.

Dont make a mistake trusting those pictures. They are not actual at all. You ll have no or very poor wifi, 1 only towel for all your needs, very expensive taxi 40$ to get to the airport or whatever you go, no shuttle as promised. Only one restorant to find a food is across the highway, so good luck and run fast between cars. The price of the room like in Miami though?

Room was ok but there is definitely not a free airport shuttle as advertised which was my main reason for booking this hotel in the first place. 100% false advertising on the Google page. Also the TV didn't work.

Affordable place for a short stay. They are doing renovations so The room was pretty new but small. The front desk was friendly. But there is no rooftop bar and jacuzzi, still under construction I guess. No food.

As others have posted the airport shuttle is non-existent. Should have read the reviews before booking. Constantly having to haggle even for getting towels. Allegedly there is some area ordinance that “explains” why they can’t use the shuttle.

The shuttle came for us 50 minutes after we called them and it was a 5 minute ride to the hotel. The hotel is very basic in a very industrial area with next to nothing nearby within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable but really nothing to write home about at all

One of the worst hotel experiences that I've had in my life: the hotel staff doesn't care at all about the customers. We booked a night and a breakfast included. The "breakfast" was a TABLESPOON of scrambled eggs and a tablespoon of beans. It's not a joke! This is the full portion provided for each guest and you are NOT allowed to ask for more (we did ask but they seriously refused to give more than that!). From this perspective, be prepared to have no breakfast. The second thing was the elevator which was broken down when we arrived but they refused to help with the luggage in any way (or at least offer a little bit of empathy). Plus even though it is an airport hotel, you need a not so cheap taxi to get there. If I knew all this before, I would definitely NOT book this hotel. I hope it helps other people to make the right decision.
