★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were very awesome and made you feel very welcomed! They definitely provided high level of customer service compared to most of the high end resorts And I can say I’m very impressed with all the team members!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Staff was very nice Negative: I got over 30 bites on me in the middle of the night. Bed bugs? I told management and got moved to another room. The room was dirty and worn down. They actually put another guest in that room the same day I left it. Clearly had a bug infestation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How on earth is this hotel above 3 stars? This place is only good for a place to crash that’s close to the airport. Do not stay here long term. The rooms smell weird upon first entry, the wifi is garbage, and the complimentary breakfast is boring/plain. Don’t believe the rating hype, this place is sad. It should be called the ghetto inn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Spacious rooms,very clean, lovely pool area and a restaurant that served poolside. Breakfast was basic but nice, served on real plates with glasses and actual silverware. I also liked that there were retail and restaurants a short walk in either direction Negative: Only complain was that the AC was noisy, however for the price and value this was easily overlooked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a suite on the top (5th) floor. Views were pretty good. Despite being close to a busy road, traffic noise wasn’t noticeable. Beds are full size. Free breakfast was decent. On certain days you can order breakfast. There is a large grocery store a block away, so we got kitchen items that were missing. There was only 1 remote for our 2 bedroom suite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel was very affordable, clean, spacious, had a great pool and restaurant, and bilingual staff. Daily continental breakfast was simple but served on real plates and flatware instead of plastic. The location was good as well- there were multiple retail areas and restaurants within walking distance either direction from the hotel. The area was very safe. I stayed for 7 nights as a solo traveler and would stay again without hesitation. Only minor complaint was that the AC was loud, but it worked well and became "white noise" in the background at night.
