★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse Comfort Suites I have EVER stayed at. Why have DND signs when they are not respected a d GM supports this policy? Horrible internet access, poor custome service with the exception of the Front Desk Staff and the Door man.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very accessible place, right near the beach and popular attractions (i.e aquarium, malecón). Rooms are clean, well lit, and amenities are plentiful. Extremely friendly staff, definitely my go-to hotel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and clean. Front desk and bellhop very polite and helpful. Breakfast included was more than just continental as I was offered my preference of eggs and chafing dishes full of hot delicious entrees. More like a brunch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location, complementary breakfast, hotel/restaurant staff and inside secure parking, with outside parking when hotel was busy. The alternative parking was an adjacent off-street outside parking area that was apparently secure, since nothing happened to our vehicle. I would not recommend self-parking as the hotel staff showed competence and care in moving/parking vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect location. The price is amazing considering the area. Very clean and well-maintained. Parking available. Fresh, clean towels available anytime. The food is amazing. The pool is perfect for the kids. Will definitely come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place would have gotten a 5 ⭐️ Review all was great except when it came to the “security” of their safes. My parents had a money stolen from the safe provided by the hotel. When bringing it up to the shift manager they made my parents feel as if they were liars and told them that there is no way that this could have happened as they are Soo safe no can open them oh wait except for those who have a key. They said they would bring it up to the GM but not once did she communicate with them. Unfortunately this was noticed the day before their departure, when packing their belongings as that was when they opened the safe again. If staying here we suggest to zip tie your valuables for extra security or possibly have a portable camera when you’re not in your room. Keep safe.
