El muchacho que me atendió medio torombolo, y pedí unos chilaquiles con huevo estrellado encima, pero note que tenían machaca con huevo y se me antojo muchísimo por lo cual le pedi al muchacho que me agregara extra de machaca con huevo y como que no me entendió, fue y pregunto con sus compañeros que tampoco entendieron y total que me trajeron mis chilaquiles con huevo estrellado y en otro platillo aparte la machaca con huevo (cabe recalcar que no era machaca era huevo revuelto con carne de res deshebrada ojo ahí, estaba muy buena pero no le deberían llamar machaca) tons como que el personal no tiene muy buena capacidad de resolver problemas son medio lentos y sin iniciativa. Yo lo que quería era encima de mi huevo estrellado un poco de machaca no otro plato aparte. También otro punto negativo es que el café americano traía una basura al momento de que lo trajeron a la mesa y frente al mesero le sacamos la basura con una cucharita esperando el dijera algo y pos nada, esas son cosas que deben de estar más atentos. Espero les sirva mi experiencia para que sigan. Mejorando día a día por qué la comida es buena y muy accesible. I came for breakfast and I liked the seasoning, very rich and recommended, they deserve 5 stars for that, but the service left me a lot to be desired. The boy who served me half a torombolo, and I ordered some chilaquiles with fried eggs on top, but I noticed that they had machaca with egg and I really craved it so I asked the boy to add extra machaca with egg and he didn't understand me , he went and asked his colleagues who didn't understand either and they brought me my chilaquiles with fried eggs and in another separate dish the machaca with egg (it should be emphasized that it wasn't machaca it was scrambled egg with shredded beef eye there, it was very good but they shouldn't call it machaca) tons like the staff doesn't have very good ability to solve problems, they're kind of slow and lack initiative. What I wanted was a little machaca on top of my fried egg, not another separate dish. Also another negative point is that the American coffee had a piece of garbage when it was brought to the table and in front of the waiter we took out the garbage with a spoon waiting for him to say something and then nothing, those are things that should be more attentive.
