It's a good restaurant, but it needs more variety in its dishes

We all had enchiladas with green sauce and it was excellent. Hector took great care of us. And the sopa was very good.

A bit of background, I am mexiamerican, and half gone back and forth between USA and Mexico all of my life so I am used to Mexican taste buds and American ones. La Pasadita is a great place to eat on a budget. The set up is basic, with plastic tables and chairs, however each time I've visited it has been clean. They offer daily specials which include soup, and your main dish usually with a side of rice and beans or salad. They also have a la cart menu. This is by no means a high end place. For example they do use microwaves to reheat the chichen they serve, etc. Some of the items they offer are enchiladas, mole, breaded breast (milanesa de pollo), stuffed peppers, etc. They also offer seasonal items, for example last week they were offering Chiles Enogada which are common only around September. What sets this place a part is that they are one of the few spots that offer "tostadas de pata", which basically are tostadas made with the feet of beef, mainly the gelatin stuff. I am a HUGE fan of tostadas de pata, but it is not for everyone. They also have very good "gorditas de Chicharron", which is sortha like a mexican version of a hot pocket. They don't offer any type of alcohol. They do offer regular sodas like coke, fanta, etc, and fresh waters. Their fresh waters are not bad, but usually they do use concentrates to make them. When certain fruits are in season you can get some great drinks, like their guayaba ones. Again hope you found my review helpful, and I invite you to follow me to catch other of my reviews

Oh my goodness, this place was so awesome!! Had the enchiladas Verde, came with a chicken broth noodle soup that was good when I added chips and the Verde salsa and they brought us creme to put on the enchiladas. The whole meal was 65 pesos and sooo delicious. Service was amazing, gracias to Hector the manager!! ♥️♥️♥️

What a great meal. We couldn't decide what to have so we tried a bunch of stuff and shared. The enchiladas divorciadas were excellent and the mole Verde wonderful. The meal came with rice, salad and the soup of the day, a hearty vegetable soup with macaroni pasta. Shared a jug of very refreshing lemonade, my daughter commented that it was just right, not too sweet and very lemony. She had the taquitos fritos and thoroughly enjoyed her meal. Look out, the salsa verde is fresh but hot!

Wonderful chicken enchiladas green and red with mole. The vegetable soup was amazing as well.

My boyfriend and I loved the food! Keep in mind, this place is super small, a limited handwritten menu on the board, and isn't fancy. But for an authentic meal, this was great! I had the Carne Asada and my boyfriend had the Milanesa De Pollo. Our meals unexpectedly came with a noodle soup which was also yummy. And that chili sauce, amazing! Even though we didn't speak English, the service was friendly, and our translator app came in handy.

This place was AMAZING. Very cheap prices for home style authentic Mexican cooking. Definitely worth the 30 min drive from Hotel zone. ????
