★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teresa cocina con todo su corazón. Tiene normalmente 3 platos que ofrece al día. Varía entre mole con pollo, caldo de res, caldo de pollo, pechuga de pollo rellena, Pozole (en temporada también chile al nogada).
Me encantan todos sus platos, pero mi favorito es el mole...
Teresa normalmente empieza a las 5, y abre su negocio a las 8:30.... Mejor hora para venir entre las 10 y mediodía...si se acaba un plato, pues ya, nada más hasta el próximo día...

De los platos que ofrece, mi favorito es el mole con pollo.
