El lugar se mantiene limpio y las muchachas que lo atienden están con el cabello recogido. Todo muy higiénico. Cuentan con gel antibacterial. La verdad es un excelente lugar para comer si quieres tener la experiencia de comer aquí en el mercadito ? It is located inside the market, the food is very tasty, the coffee tastes delicious. The place is kept clean and the girls who serve it have their hair tied up. All very hygienic. They have antibacterial gel. M	Mr G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are so many stalls to eat at when you are at the Mercado. We decided to give this place a try based on the size of the crowd that was eating here. You know it's gonna be good when the place is busy with locals. We had a variety of items including a flor de calabaza quesadilla, a cecina Itacate, and some delicious spinach, pineapple and guayaba water. We decided to order a couple more items after that. We had some pancita, also known as menudo without the hominy. I suggest you get the mixed of all 3 ingredients, it is very flavorful. We also ordered a hybrid item. We asked them to make us a taco but instead of a corn tortilla, we asked for a layer of cooked oaxaca cheese. The cheese was stuffed with carne enchilada. You can see a picture of it in this review and it turned out really good. Then again, you can't go wrong with grilled cheese. All the corn items are made fresh and they are super delicious. The drink was so good that we ordered a liter to go. They also have a variety of salsas to please almost every taste bud. The girls were friendly as well. I forgot to mention that for all of that food, our bill was only $200 pesos (around 10 bucks). Give it a shot next time you are in the Mercado, you will not be disappointed.
