The chickens are delicious and at a good price, the chips are not the best and the sauce is not either, but the chicken is delicious, if one day the owner sees this, a green sauce and thinner chips would be good.

One of the richest moles I have eaten in Monterrey. Cinnamon does not predominate, nor chili, nor chocolate, nor does it have almonds according to the lady (who by the way is quite friendly). This mole has a super balanced and exquisite flavor. The piece of chicken is boneless breast, pure rich meat. The next I ask for a double piece. Outside they grill chicken over charcoal, apparently seasoned with achiote. Very tasty. It is worth $130 and includes sausage, red sauce, moles, grilled onion, tortillas and bullfighting chili. As it appears in my photo. The red sauce tastes quite garlicky. I prefer the green one that they give with stews. The meatballs are very tasty but they only give you 3 pieces. I highly recommend ordering the red chicharrón or the picadillo. By 2 pm they run out of beef broth and if it's cold they run out earlier. Various side dish options (beans with butter, red rice, spaghetti, mashed potatoes...). I ask for double the beans because they taste delicious and with the homemade tortillas it takes me back to when I was a kid on the ranch. Here the food does not need salt, and although the green sauce is delicious, you can eat everything without adding sauce because of how well seasoned it is cooked here. Eye, what a spicy lover says. Don't think it's cheap, it's standard, but the quality of the food exceeds the price. Ultra recommended breed.
