★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve una pieza a qué me cotizaran realizar una rejilla de acero inox., quedaron en envíar vía correo y/o WhatsApp el presupuesto, paso una semana y marque para saber que pasaba y me informaron que me lo pasarían de inmediato, no me enviaron nada.
Al final fuí de nuevo a la sucursal a recojer mi pieza y pregunte el porque no me cotizaron y me informaron que si me lo enviaron vía email, les mostré la bandeja de entrada de mi correo para que vieran que no había nada, me pidieron un momento para darme el presupuesto, dure esperando aproximadamente 8 minutos, la verdad me desespere y me retire.
Al final no recibí nada.
Sugiero mejoren su servicio de venta en mostrador.
