★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca me han contestado el teléfono. He llamado muchísimas veces para pedir información y solo suena el teléfono y nadie contesta nunca. Pesimo que publiquen un teléfono local y que simplemente no contesten, ya me imagino la importancia que le deben de prestar a una queja formal iniciada y el seguimiento que le deben de dar si ni siquiera les importa contestar el teléfono.
They have never answered the phone. I have called many times to ask for information and only the phone rings and nobody ever answers. Very sorry that they publish a local telephone number and that they simply do not answer, I can imagine the importance that they should give to a formal complaint initiated and the follow-up that they should give if they do not even mind answering the phone.
