La directora de SRE Coyoacán TALPA ESTHER DOMÍNGUEZ BAZAÑEZ, le negó el derecho de pago con descuento a mi sobrino Juan Pablo, quien apesar de tener una evidente discapacidad física en las extremidades.
Presentó un certificado médico expedido por la SSA del Estado de veracruz y no ser lo hicieron válido.
TALPA ESTHER DOMÍNGUEZ AZAÑEZ le dijo que no era válido ese certificado, pese a que la discapacidad de mi sobrino es más evidente en manos y pies.
Juan Pablo tuvo que ir a un banco a pagar la diferencia del costo aun y cuando le es complicado desplazarse.
Solo el oficial de la entrada lo trato de la manera correcta, pues al verlo llegar lo condujo ala zona de atención a discapacitados y le evitó hacer la fila.
