★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, presenté mi queja por escrito por falta de medicamentos en el IMSS que necesito y no puedo interrumpir, Y como obtuve respuesta en 15 días, les llamé para preguntar sobre el estatus de mi queja. Y me salen con que lo tengo que solicitar directamente al IMSS.
ENTONCES DE QUE SIRVE LA CONAMED? Es sólo para perder el tiempo?
Terrible attention, I presented my complaint in writing for lack of medicines in the IMSS that I need and I cannot interrupt, And since I got a response in 15 days, I called them to ask about the status of my complaint. And they leave me with that I have to request it directly from the IMSS.
