Los trabajadores hacen huelga cada cierto tiempo y pausan el servicio de agua, los disque ingenieros son unos rateros y flojos y es el colmo que ah estas alturas solo se pueda pagar llendo forzosamente a la única oficina del centro de la ciudad.
The worst place there can be for citizen services. The workers go on strike every so often and pause the water service, the engineers are thieves and lazy and it is the last straw that at this point you can only pay by forcibly going to the only office in the center of the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que pena, que dolor de pelota y que asco estar en una ciudad donde no tienen un sistema de bombeo de agua. Y tener que esperar el servicio del agua una vez a la semana, cada que se les inchan los blancos... En lo personal solo dan ganas de ir a escupirles en la cara y no volver a visitar Salina Cruz. Lo bueno es que me di cuenta de esto a tiempo, ya que estaba en ideas de comprar casa acá.
What a shame, what a pain in the ball and how disgusting to be in a city where they do not have a water pumping system. And having to wait for the water service once a week, every time the whites swell ... Personally, it just makes you want to go spit in their faces and never visit Salina Cruz again. The good thing is that I realized this in time, since I was thinking about buying a house here.
