Its fairly easy to use the payment machines especially if you have a little espanol.

I like to pay with my credit card, so one has to go to the the office...take numbe r, warm up your Spanish and from 5-45 minutes later you're on your way. A few times I've left before being helped, mornings are best!!

Appalling lines up during covid. Never has so much money been paid for such little return. Last 2 month bill 40000 pesos.

Easy to pay the electricity bills, haven't checked during business hours.

service is pretty variable depending on who is your agent, sadly I still feel like this "business" has a long way to go

Arbitrary rules set by government bureaucrats. After waiting in line for an hour, each attending "service" agent will give you different rules and requirements which must be followed to establish or change service. Once you have satisfied the first agent (by securing whatever form of documentation they decide is needed) , you will have to wait to submit these documents again. This time you will probably see a different agent who will inform you of the insufficiency of these documents and send you out again with additional requirements only for you to return again to yet another agent to repeat the process. This is typical U.S. and Mexican government run around. Government employees (there has never such a thing as a "government worker") have no work ethic and no accountability, regardless of their nationality. They are simply social leaches looking to continue their parasitic ways into un-earned, public sponsored retirement. "We are your public "servants", bow down before us."
