★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is friendly and helpful, with a few exceptions. I mostly use the cajeros automáticos to pay my bill. Routinely, something is wrong with one of the two machines. So there's almost always a short line.I have to give it to Izamalenos, they are polite and friendly at the CFE office. For the past few months there has also been a security guard in the area to help people who might not know how to run the machines. This week when I paid my bill, I actually got a paper receipt. Sometimes the magic works.
