★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO, saben que la gente no tiene otra opción porque es la única empresa de luz en el país, son unos groseros, no te envían los recibos de luz o si se les pierden se hacen a los locos y te la cortan, HORRIBLES PERSONAS TODOS LOS QUE TRABAJAN AHÍ
POOR SERVICE, they know that people have no other option because it is the only electricity company in the country, they are rude, they do not send you electricity bills or if they get lost they go crazy and cut it off, HORRIBLE PEOPLE EVERYONE WHO WORKS THERE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La realidad es que el servicio ha mejorado, pero aún no es "de clase mundial". De los 3 cajeros automáticos, 2 dan máximo $49 pesos de cambio lo cual ocasiona mucha confusión entre los usuarios y que se haga una larga fila en el único cajero que da un máximo de $200 de cambio.
Me ha tocado que me atiendan en ventanilla 2 señoritas, una joven y una no tan joven. La joven ha sido siempre amable y atenta, la no tan joven siempre la he notado poco dispuesta a ayudar.
The reality is that the service has improved, but it is not yet "world class". Of the 3 ATMs, 2 give a maximum of $ 49 pesos of change, which causes a lot of confusion among users and that there is a long line at the only ATM that gives a maximum of $ 200 of change.
It has been my turn to be served at the window by 2 ladies, a young woman and a not-so-young one. The young woman has always been kind and attentive, the not so young I have always noticed her unwilling to help.
