★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le pongo 4 por que esta abierto los cajeros automáticos siempre y trato de ir ya de noche para no tener que hacer fila. No le puse 5 porque ed un problema cuando la maquina no tiene cambio. Si hubiera una maquina que de cambio seria excelente.
I put 4 because the ATMs are always open and I try to go at night to avoid having to wait in line. I did not put 5 because it is a problem when the machine has no change. If there was a machine that would be excellent change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca atienden el número telefónico, la atención a reportes de luz tarda mucho en ser resuelto. Pero eso sí, si no pagas te cortan la luz en menos de un día.
