Dicen que el 071 es servicio las 24 horas y no es verdad, he marcado a horas en las que nadie llamaría (4 am 5am 6am 7am) y nadie contesta, me dejan esperando y nunca contestan, empiezan a contestar de 8 a 2 y después de 8pm a 11pm, es un FRAUDE la empresa de "clase mundial"

Tienes que hacer fila para que te den cita cuando vas, y pierdes prácticamente el día, pero vale la pena ya que la respuesta es prácticamente inmediata, es decir solucionan la falla el mismo día.

De nada sirven los cajeros externos de 24 hrs. Están rotos tienen roto el sensor para las tarjetas de pago, se supone que la idea es que los que no tenemos disponibilidad de tiempo paguemos fiera de horario de oficina nunca sirve para las tarjetas de luz. Se me hace un pésimo servicio que no tengan en buen estado los cajeros externos.

Tarde casi 3 horas en qué me atendieran en atención a clientes, y solo para que el que atendió que no tengo su nombre pero estuvo hoy 20 de Agosto/2020, me atendiera mal levantsndome la voz porque no llevaba los documentos como el quería, yo le pedí que no se enojara que yo no iba a saber cómo era el trámite (son ellos los que tienen que informar como son las cosas)y de buena manera, ya que ese es su trabajo aunque esten fastidiados porque es mucha gente (porque más fastidiados y cansados deberíamos de estar nosotros que nos tienen muchas horas en el sol (a lo de eso sí entiendo que es por no estar aglomerados adentro por lo del Covid) pero si me quejo del mal trato del de atención a clientes. Que al final no me resolvio nada.

It didn't solve anything for me.

Los empleados se contradicen. Llamando al 071 te dicen una cosa, en una sucursal otra y así. Recomiendo capacitarlos bien y estandarizar. Me hicieron repetir un mismo trámite tres veces por esta situación.
The employees contradict each other. Calling 071 they tell you one thing, at a branch another and so on. I recommend training them well and standardizing. They made me repeat the same procedure three times for this situation.

MALISIMA ATENCIÓN 6 DIAS QUE REPORTE ROBO DE MEDIDOR Y SIGUEN SIN PONERLO SON INCONCIENTES ES UNA OFICINA HAY EMPLEADOS Y NO HAY VENTANAS Y ESTAN SIN AIRE ACONDICIONADO, SIN LUZ DURANTE 6 DIAS

Pésima atención e irrespetuoso vigilante, ( déspota)..., Aunque no haya clientes en espera no quieren atender si te presentas personalmente sin cita, muy mal recomendación para el vigilante solo si vas y le llevas su refresco te da acceso amable... ya después que esperas dos horas te pregunta si quieres pasar... JDSPM
