★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tiempo de atención al cliente se prolonga mucho en ocasiones lo que resulta molesto para la gente de la tercera edad esto debido a que existe una sola caja de cobro y cuando llega algún comisionista absorbe hasta una hora y más en atención. La sugerencia sería determinar algunos días en especial para cobro a comisionistas previo aviso a los demás clientes o bien, colocar una caja de cobro rápido para los que solo van a pagar uno o dos recibos.
The customer service time is very long at times, which is annoying for the elderly, this because there is only one collection box and when a commission agent arrives, it absorbs up to an hour and more in attention. The suggestion would be to determine some days in particular to charge commission agents prior to giving notice to other clients or to place a quick collection box for those who are only going to pay one or two receipts.
