★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay respuesta por parte de CFE local (Paraíso) y en línea. tengo una queja a la que no hay solución, el cajero CFE no me dio cambio completo y ahora resulta que el informe que levante dicen que esta cerrado porque ya me lo devolvieron el dinero. No puedo explicar la frustración.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nunca contestan el teléfono, su servicio de reconexión de luz es demasiado lenta, su actitud pésima, llevamos más de 4 horas sin luz por la noche, cobran en tiempo y forma la luz, pero su servicio de respuesta y equipos (transformadores) ES UN FIASCO TOTAL! si pudiera no daría ni una estrella.
Terrible service, they never answer the phone, their electricity reconnection service is too slow, their terrible attitude, we have been without electricity for more than 4 hours at night, they charge the electricity in a timely manner, but their response service and equipment (transformers ) IS A TOTAL FIASCO! If I could I wouldn't even give one star.
