★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio llevo esperando reconeccion desde el jueves, llegaron el viernes y según les faltaba un cable y ya no volvieron hoy sábado sigo esperando, aver cuando se les da la gana de ir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te tienen dando vueltas cuando haces un contrato porque no saben dar la información pertinente. Te piden documentos y cuando regresas pues ya te piden otros, etc, y cuando le dices solo saben poner cara de yo no sé nada. Nefasto el servicio.
They have you going around when you make a contract because they don't know how to give the relevant information. They ask you for documents and when you come back they ask you for others, etc., and when you tell them they only know how to make a face of me I don't know anything. Nefarious service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -Excelente opción para pagar tus recibos de luz, los pagomáticos son super fáciles de usar, solo pasas el codigo de barras de tu recibo por el lector, depositas tu dinero y listo, hasta cambio te da el cajero automático.
-No le doy las 5 estrellas por que la atención personal de los ejecutivos deja que desear, a veces hay gente esperando y los ejecutivos estan platicando entre ellos en lugar de atender a los clientes que esperan una aclaración.
-Excellent option to pay your electricity bills, the pagomatics are super easy to use, just pass the barcode of your receipt by the reader, deposit your money and voila, until you get the ATM.
- I do not give the 5 stars because the personal attention of the executives leaves to be desired, sometimes there are people waiting and the executives are talking to each other instead of attending to the clients who expect clarification.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normalmente realizar trámites en este tipo de instituciones resulta fastidioso con miles de trabas, afortunadamente tuve la sorpresa de encontrarme a un asesor que me atendió de una manera muy atenta y fue muy paciente para atender todas mis dudas, después de casi una hora pudo resolver mi problema, se esforzó mucho para lograrlo, deberían existir más servidores así.
Un punto muy bueno es que los cajeros tienen la terminal a un lado para poder pagar con tarjeta (por si no llevan efectivo).
Normally carrying out procedures in this type of institutions is annoying with thousands of obstacles, fortunately I was surprised to find an advisor who attended me in a very attentive way and was very patient to answer all my questions, after almost an hour he was able to solve my problem, he tried so hard to achieve it, there should be more servers like that.
A very good point is that the ATMs have the terminal to one side to be able to pay with a card (in case they do not have cash).
