De la misma central me decían que no sabían que estaba pasando con esta base en tequisquiapan ya que mi reconexión tendría que realizarse en no más a 24 horas y a ellos les llevo más de 5 días hábiles realizarla Terrible service a reconnection took them 5 business days, my payment was from Saturday and my reconnection was on a Friday. the service number they have is not even working. From the same plant they told me that they did not know what was happening with this base in Tequisquiapan since my reconnection would have to be done in no more than 24 hours and it took them more than 5 business days to do it.
