★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 2 and a half hours waiting in airless room, finally got to talk to same clerk who took my complaint last week asking for a review of my electric meter--which never happened--he himself tried to call 071, the service number for CFE for all of Mexico, with no success (I have tried for 3 hours at a time)....his ultimate response was a helpless shrug.
