De igual forma ARTURO NAVARRO malísimo para dar seguimiento a los trámites y además se molesta por atender a la gente.
NO DAN SOLUCIONES PERO BUENOS PARA COBRAR.

In the same way, ARTURO NAVARRO is very bad at following up on the procedures and also bothers to serve people.
