★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El cfematico siempre es muy útil, rápido y fácil de usar. Es este sitio en particular había al menos dos cajeros que no servían, a pesar de eso el tiempo de espera no es muy largo. Un gran inconveniente es la ubicación en si, no está muy accesible pues no se encuentra sobre una avenida principal. Se puede acceder por el Boulevard Norte, entrando en la 23 Norte, es la misma calle en la que está la vía del tren, a la altura del mercado Hidalgo, entras sobre la vía del tren y luego se toma la pequeña curva hacia la derecha y se sigue hasta encontrar la 52 Poniente y se gira hacia la izquierda. También se puede acceder por el Boulevard Carmen Serdán y la 19 Norte hasta encontrar la 52 Poniente, llegas casi enfrente de las oficinas de CFE.
The cfematico is always very useful, fast and easy to use. In this particular place there were at least two ATMs that did not work, despite that the waiting time is not very long. A major drawback is the location itself, it is not very accessible as it is not on a main avenue. It can be accessed by the North Boulevard, entering the 23 North, it is the same street where the train track is, at the height of the Hidalgo market, you enter on the train track and then take the small curve to the right and continue until you find 52 Poniente and turn left. It can also be accessed by Boulevard Carmen Serdán and 19 Norte until you find 52 Poniente, you arrive almost in front of the CFE offices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar muy concurrido, la ventaja es que es amplio y las personas de seguridad cuidan la sana distancia, procuren ir temprano en quincena ya que se aglomera mucho la gente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo. En oficinas sólo sirven dos cajeros, y sólo uno está habilitado para pago de tarjeta inteligente, el tiempo por usuario es demasiado prolongado y obviamente sólo manejan horario de oficina. Y el cajero que se encuentra afuera de 24 horas no sirve. ???
Appalling. In offices only two ATMs are used, and only one is enabled for smart card payment, the time per user is too long and obviously they only manage office hours. And the ATM that is outside of 24 hours does not work. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cajeros q no sirven los vigilantes hablando por teléfono solo un cajero en el área de pago por auto en verdad ojalá pongan atención a el. Cliente y pongan a hacer su labor a los vigilantes yaq deja mucho q desear la atención

Lugares señalados - me refiero a guardar distancia entre personas- por la pandemia Covid 19.
Hay un par de agentes de seguridad que te asesoran para el trámite que vas a realizar.

En el área de atención a clientes, hay cuatro escritorios vs cuatro personas, pero solo una atiende a clientes.
La Srita. Nohemi Mendez Barroso, no está excenta de los malas maneras de atender.
No dieron solución al tramite al cual acudí. Como cliente uno respeta las disposiciones de CFE, pero su personal pésima atención.
