Parece no importarle su trabajo y aparte de eso te ignora cuando le estas comentando tu situación.
Otras veces ella esta chismeando por teléfono y te hace esperar horas para atenderte.
The worst attention I have received from the secretary.
He seems not to care about his job and apart from that he ignores you when you are commenting on your situation.
Other times she is gossiping on the phone and makes you wait hours to see you.
