★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio que te dan cuando tienes algún problema con el suministro eléctrico es terrible, aún cuando las tarifas han subido muchísimo, tú puedes llamar al centro de atención telefónico una y otra vez y no te dan respuesta. En cambio el ir directamente a un centro de atención al público como el de la jardín Balbuena es otra cosa, ellos tratan de ayudarte, los problemas se resuelven más rápido, ojalá que el servicio telefónico mejore, y las cuadrillas acudan más rápido a los servicio... Y que bajen las tarifas.
The service they give you when you have a problem with the power supply is terrible, even though the rates have gone up a lot, you can call the call center again and again and they don't give you an answer. On the other hand, going directly to a customer service center like the one in the Balbuena garden is something else, they try to help you, the problems are resolved faster, hopefully the telephone service improves, and the crews go faster to the service ... And lower the rates.
