Lo malo ...no te aceptan las quejas...tienes que ir a la oficina que corresponda la queja...en mi caso me mandaron hasta Caderyta.
Deberían tener un sistema general de atención

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pude pagar pero el cajero no tenía rollo para dar el comprobante y los sábados no acepta efectivo solo pago con tarjeta me vi en la necesidad de ir apagar porque porque no me llego recibo ya es la segunda vez y de manera consecutiva

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahí la atención fue excelente.... Pero los que te atienden por teléfono son unos jumentos y los que arreglan las fallas por ahí andan .... Si en tu casa va y viene la energía no le dan prioridad.... Pero cuando ya te quedas sin energía entonces ahí si , empieza a contar 24 horas ... Sin importar que con la primer falla se te dañen tus equipos y demás ... A la hora de reclamar tus aparatos dañados es una perdida de tiempo ....

Tienen varios cajeros automáticos, pero en lo que tardé haciendo fila, escuché a tres clientes entrar a reportar billetes atorados y pagos no reflejados.
